Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your EKAYAA jewelry. If for any reason you don’t, we offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact, and in resalable condition. Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll initiate your refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions:

Item must be unused, in original packaging with tag intact.

Product must be in resalable condition.

Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/damaged).

Refunds/Exchanges:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
